Q.  What is the ETA on my order after purchasing online?

Smaller items such as line trimmers, blowers & parts are generally delivered within 5-10 days*

Larger items such as Lawn Mowers require the receiver to be available to accept delivery.  In this case a courier will be in contact with you via phone within 5-10 days* to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Q.  Does Rover offer free shipping?

Free shipping is automatically included when your order value is greater than $150**

Orders under $150 are charged a shipping fee of $11.95**

Q.  What is Rover's e-commerce returns policy?

- Product replacement or refund is possible (at Rover's discretion) in the event of a product arriving in unacceptable condition, such as when the product is broken, or has parts missing.

- Other product issues (such as trouble starting or any usability issues) will be refered to Rover technical support in the first instance for help and trouble shooting.  Any replacement or refund approval will be at Rover's discretion, and only if it is determined that the product is faulty as opposed to the issue being with the user (such as not adding oil, incorrect use of the product etc).

- Product replacement or refund is not available in the case of change of mind or any other "non-product" related issue.  If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, we recommend visiting your local Rover dealer and having a hands on demonstration prior to purchase.

Q.  What do I do if I need to claim warranty?

Warranty on e-commerce orders is the same as if you had purchased at a Rover dealer.  Simply take your product into any Rover servicing dealer (check Rover dealer locator) for assessment and repair.
