The Rover Mini Rider Hydro features a powerful 382cc Rover engine, strong Hydrostatic Auto Transmission, and a compact 76cm (30") side discharge cutting deck.
Ideal for backyards with narrow side access. And for getting in and around obstacles, garden beds etc.
This handy sized ride-on is small enough to fit through standard width gates, but large enough to make light work of big mowing jobs.The Rover Mini Rider's compact design makes it a perfect solution for anyone wishing to upgrade from a push mower to a ride on mower, but without the storage and access restrictions of a larger ride on.
The Mini Rider can be fitted with an optional mulch plug, or a grass catcher, for added versatility.

We have never had a ride on mower before. Rural property with variations in grass/weeds and undulating areas. This mower is a real dependable workhorse. Easy and fun to use, reliable, manouvoures around trees, obstacles and through narrow spots, tows loaded multipurpose yard cart around no dramas, simple to maintain and clean.

I just picked up my first ride on (at 53 with rotator cuff, am over push mowers) on Saturday. Manhood is still intact. What a little ripper of a machine. Where have you been all my life. I always equated ride ons for domestic to lazy middle aged people with too much $ to waste. So Stoked. Cannot wait until next weekend for second pass through the yards

Reverse useless slow it need front wheel bearings. Only one wheel drive, it needs a diff lock, get stuck on a slight uneven surface.

Great little mower. Compact and easy to use on a small house block. Excellent mulching ability. Reverse is a bit slow but safety is a factor there.

If you have a flat area to mow, a great product. If you have uneven ground, not so good. The rear drive wheels are single wheel drive only, if you lose weight on one wheel you sit there and spin. Can be very frustrating, likely have looked else where if I knew this was a major issue. Construction also a bit flimsy. Steering is really good. Over all OK unit.

Best thing I have ever bought. Mows beautifully but is a little slow in reverse but is OK. Has not let me down in the 12 months I have had it plus it is carrying 130 kg.

Right size for my block, will fit through walkway gate, higher back of seat needed for more comfort. Definitely needs bearings on front wheels

Mows great, reverse is too slow. A diff lock would help a lot in difficult situations. Oil drain on engine located in the wrong place.
Quality Performance Value - my only wish is for the front wheel bushes to be replaced with bearings.

i must agree with comments above, except i mow in 2 or 3 position, over the moon with mine.
Performance Value Quality - A great little ride on with a tight turning circle. Motor quiet compared to some. Mowing, mulching and ability to use catcher a bonus. One blade does it all

Mows beautifully. Hight settings at 15mm increments, half this would be good. I'm mowing on level one so most of the higher settings won't be used. Reverse speed way too slow! Need to attach a hose to oil drain otherwise oil changes difficult
